Just blew my mind. A fine example of an argument made entirely of the thin air. I won’t mention such “old” languages as SQL or C that nobody considers out of fashion, that’s obvious. But throwing such argument at PHP is especially ridiculous. It is not necessary to create a brand new language to learn from other languages. New features, approaches and even ideology can be implemented in the existing language. *What we can clearly see in PHP*, especially in the past few years.
