Composer 2.0.0 has been released

Just tried it out. Without benchmarking anything I’d say it’s much faster running a simple `composer update` on a laravel app.

Kudos to all the developers for building a tool that is integral to nearly all our workflows and in my experience has caused me very few issues.

The highest praise I can give a tool is that it becomes mostly invisible.
