Hello there is there any hosting service that I can pay per year or per month that can do the following,
Host a 35-40 minute movie
Has a paygate and does not take any of the money made
Simple to use to put on my wordpress website
or should I invest to host it myself? dedicated server ect.
Vimeo has fairly good (and simple to use) systems of “hosting and selling” movies. Examples: [https://vimeo.com/ondemand](https://vimeo.com/ondemand)
Host it on Vimeo Plus, hide it on Vimeo and specify it can only be embedded on your domain.
Use a membership plugin to hide it on your site behind a paywall.
Why would anyone host a video and pay for video grade bandwidth and not take a cut of the price you’re charging?
I think your expectations there are unrealistic.
You won’t find a platform that will do that for free. My suggestion would be Vimeo.

How many people do you expect to watch this? What’s your budget for hosting?
Another option. Host video on Amazon. Add you’ll be paying for the gb’s used, optimize video with handbrake. Use a membership plugin to restrict access/charge.
