Hi guys… asking herw first because I dont want to loose my info.

Ok …so I downloaded Astra theme for the framework and then I installed the envato elements plugin that gives me choices for child themes.

I installed one of the free kits and populate all the options and text but now my wife saw another theme she likes better.

If I remove the the completly do I loose all my txt? what is the safest way to implement a new theme or blocks.
