The preview thumbnails of themes and plugins don’t load in the WP Admin Dashboard. I Have a high-speed internet connection, so my internet is not the problem.
I’d like to fix this, any inputs would be appreciated. Thanks.
I think there must be some plugin conflict. Just disable all plugins. Then refresh your browser (better if you check in incognito or private mode) If you can see thumbnail then sure there is plugin conflict.
Then afterwards you can enable them one by one to check the culprit one.
If disabling all plugins didn’t help then problem can lies within theme. Just check with basic theme like wp default 2020 theme.
Lastly if haven’t updated wp files then update it to latest version to make sure all core files all updated.
