Has anyone run into the following problem and managed to fix it? I am trying to upload specific themes to wordpress (to activate), but eventually I get the following message before the upload is done:
**This site can’t be reached**
`The webpage at <website>/wp-admin/update.php?action=upload-theme might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.`
`ERR_HTTP2_PING_FAILED`

Solved it by just uploading to FTP.
